PARTIES and CATERING
We are happy to offer our catering services to help you celebrate wedding parties, jubilees, corporate parties and special events.
Please note the following terms before placing your order:
Cancellation period:
Parties with less than 20 participants: 4 weeks before arrival.
Parties with more than 20 participants: 6 weeks before arrival.
The hotel must be notified of the number of guests at least 14 days prior to arrival. Minor adjustments to the number of guests are acceptable no later than two days in advance.
All arrangements using the hotel’s bar include staff and use of hotel facilities until 2:30 AM.
Other arrangements include staff and use of hotel facilities for 4 hours. Prior notice is required for longer arrangements and an extra NOK 1000,- per hour will be charged
Table laying and decoration with flowers and candlelights is included in the price.
Please notify the management if you which to bring your own foods of any kind. According to Norwegian law you cannot bring any alcoholic beverages of your own onto the premises. For children up to the age of 12 there is a 50% discount on the menu price.
Payment is due 10 days prior to the party. Overdue payment will be charged interest.
